To ensure you are free from interruption we arrange an away-day in comfortable and relaxed surroundings, where you will work through a series of topics with an experienced adviser and facilitator. At the end of the session, you will have created a workbook of ideas and goals, as well as an action plan and timetable.
Based on the ideas and goals agreed on the day, your facilitator will then prepare a detailed strategic plan for you that summarises the desired outcome, and highlights key personal and business goals, along with required actions and associated timescales.
